Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Product Roadmap, aligning business goals with long-term technological trends.
- Lead cross-functional research and development teams to prototype and validate innovative solutions for the next decade.
- Analyze emerging market shifts, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic pivots.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and external stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Oversee the budget allocation for high-impact projects that ensure scalability and future-proofing.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 vision and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or initiatives that defined a new market direction.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Technology Management) preferred.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Sustainable Tech.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong executive presence and excellent public speaking abilities.
