Responsibilities
- Lead & Direct: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure continuous delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting progress transparently.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team capacity and manage project budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience, preferably in the Technology or SaaS industry.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Methodology: Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Location: Must be based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.
