Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from planning through deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers, and business analysts
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for technical dependencies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with C-suite executives and external clients
- Monitor project KPIs using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security protocols and data governance standards
- Prepare executive dashboards and progress reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with IT infrastructure deployments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering $500K+ projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in risk management methodologies and change control processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Asana
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred)
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST)
