Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications through daily stand-ups and weekly reports
- Track KPIs using Jira and Asana to ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors
- Facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/tech environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in fast-paced environments
