Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for weekend deployments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, QA, design) across time zones
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for weekend operations
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews during weekend shifts
- Implement JIRA/Asana workflows for weekend project tracking
- Stakeholder communication and status reporting to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in project management with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Asana
- Strong background in software development or IT infrastructure projects
- Exceptional risk management and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to lead remote teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with weekend deployment environments preferred
