Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs to identify risks, issues, and variances.
- Manage project resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to senior management and clients effectively.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com).
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
