Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum machine learning pipelines for real-world applications
- Develop novel algorithms leveraging quantum computing principles to accelerate AI training and inference
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize AI models for next-generation quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum AI with classical systems in production environments
- Research and publish breakthrough methodologies in quantum machine learning
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence through best practices
- Secure and maintain enterprise-grade quantum AI infrastructure with rigorous security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and quantum circuit design
- Strong programming skills in Python with frameworks like TensorFlow Quantum, PennyLane, or Qiskit
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and deep learning optimization techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or related fields preferred
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical engineering solutions
