Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using Qiskit and Cirq
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into practical enterprise solutions
- Architect secure quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks
- Research and implement novel quantum neural network topologies
- Drive technical strategy for quantum cloud service offerings
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum software engineering
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (e.g., PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum AI at top-tier conferences
- Proficiency in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant designs
- Deep understanding of quantum advantage benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience leading technical teams in agile/scrum environments
