Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop patent-pending quantum encryption protocols for 2026's digital infrastructure
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on industry-specific quantum solutions
- Present breakthrough findings at premier conferences like IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers and publish in Nature Quantum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/QIC)
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Demonstrated leadership in high-stakes R&D environments
