Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and D-Wave quantum SDKs
- Proven track record of scaling AI models to 10,000+ qubit systems
- Clearance for DoD research projects (or ability to obtain)
- Patent portfolio in quantum optimization algorithms
