Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for next-gen computational models
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum machine learning development
- Translate theoretical frameworks into scalable production-ready systems
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Establish ethical frameworks for quantum-AI deployment
- Mentor PhD candidates and patent novel quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience leading teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Strong background in ethics of advanced AI systems
