Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum-AI hybrid models using D-Wave and IBM quantum systems
- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with MIT/Stanford partnerships
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NSF quantum computing grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development with real hardware
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum simulation frameworks
