Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent applications for novel quantum AI methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum algorithms for next-generation processors
- Develop predictive models for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and advanced AI techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Publication record in top-tier AI/quantum computing conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
