Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex system optimization
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects integrating quantum processors with classical neural networks
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for quantum AI hardware acceleration
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum computing/AI convergence
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum AI Fellowship program
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python/C++ with high-performance computing libraries
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
