Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum algorithm performance
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for 2026-era systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record developing production-level quantum algorithms
- Strong background in deep learning and neural network architecture
- Familiarity with quantum error correction protocols (surface codes, LDPC)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum computing
