Responsibilities
- Design quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms
- Secure patents for novel quantum gate implementations
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on space-based quantum networks
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Future Tech Summit
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years with quantum gate-level simulation tools
- Published research in Nature Physics or Physical Review X
- Proficiency in Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubit fabrication
- Clearance for government quantum initiatives (preferred)
- Portfolio of quantum algorithm implementations
