- Publish research in Nature/Science journals by 2026
- Mentor PhD-level quantum engineers
- Partner with Intel/IBM on hardware co-development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building quantum compilers or simulators
- Published work in top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq/PennyLane frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Track record of leading technical teams
- Patents in quantum algorithms or hardware
