Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography and molecular simulation
- Lead architecture of fault-tolerant quantum processors at room temperature
- Develop error-correction protocols for million-qubit systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across physics, software, and hardware domains
- Translate theoretical models into deployable quantum solutions
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design or quantum algorithms
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects
