Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit optimization and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in cryptography and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-safe encryption systems for Fortune 500 clients
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies including photonic and topological qubits
- Architect quantum cloud platforms with >99.99% availability and sub-millisecond latency
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Drive quantum adoption roadmaps for healthcare, finance, and logistics sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation tools
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion quantum computing platforms
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business strategies
- Certification in cloud quantum computing (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
