- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum control system specifications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/PRX)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting/ion trap/topological)
- Track record of leading complex R&D projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
