Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for enterprise applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical workflows for machine learning acceleration
- Lead integration of quantum solutions with cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into quantum algorithms
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography implementation
- Drive innovation in quantum compiler optimization and circuit synthesis
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or quantum software architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development for optimization or simulation
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel programming
