Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with real-world impact

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Track record of leading $10M+ R&D initiatives
- Security clearance for government quantum projects preferred
