Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for commercial applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems optimized for 2026-era workloads
- Lead R&D initiatives in topological qubit development and quantum networking protocols
- Collaborate with MIT-Caltech research teams on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Translate theoretical quantum models into deployable enterprise solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience

- Proven track record architecting fault-tolerant quantum systems at scale
