Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving optimization problems at scale
- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity thresholds
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate photonic and superconducting qubit systems
- Architect quantum cloud services with AWS Braket and Azure Quantum integration
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Publish research in Nature Quantum Information and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record architecting scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant roadmap
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum R&D funding or grants
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security
