Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in finance and healthcare
- Lead quantum system architecture using superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency with Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cryogenic engineering or photonics systems
- Track record of leading complex technical projects
