Responsibilities

- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming and hardware optimization
- Drive research on quantum machine learning for 2026-era AI systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to overcome quantum decoherence challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and control systems
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
