Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure communication
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum processors with >1000 qubits
- Translate complex quantum theories into implementable engineering solutions
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum computing architectures or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and post-quantum security
- Track record of leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
