Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct research on topological quantum computing and fault-tolerant systems
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
