Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead architecture for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Develop error-correction protocols for 100+ qubit quantum processors
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to Fortune 500 CTOs and government agencies
- Patent novel quantum algorithms with potential to disrupt multiple industries
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in next-generation programming languages
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design using Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals or IEEE Quantum journals
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubit implementations
