Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise and scientific applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Design security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026 use cases
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish cutting-edge research
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum hardware-software integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
