Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on quantum processor integration
- Develop security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Drive research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Present architectural blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum standards and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Demonstrated success in leading complex R&D projects
