- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $10M+ in government/private research grants annually
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for industrial partners
- Establish industry-first quantum security protocols
- Mentor next-generation quantum researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of quantum research
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Track record of securing $5M+ in research funding
