- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent quantum computing breakthroughs
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of leading quantum algorithm development for commercial applications
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in machine learning integration with quantum systems
