Responsibilities

- Mentor a team of 5+ quantum physicists and computer scientists
- Develop proprietary quantum simulation frameworks for enterprise clients
- Establish partnerships with CERN, MIT, and other quantum research institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Published author in Nature or Science journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Track record of securing government research grants
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
