Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for near-term quantum advantage
- Lead cross-functional research teams in error mitigation and qubit stabilization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise applications
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Translate theoretical models into scalable quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with industry partners to solve 2026-relevant challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proven ability to secure competitive research funding
