Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for scalable systems

- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure government and private research grants ($500K+ target)
- Mentor PhD candidates and interns in quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or algorithms
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Cirq, Quil)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and mitigation
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra and group theory
