Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Lead cross-functional quantum-computing initiatives with industry partners
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
