Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Publish findings in leading journals and present at global conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed research in quantum algorithms
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
