Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Conduct advanced research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum computing solutions
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum solutions into existing computational frameworks

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and complex systems theory
