Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum protocols on our proprietary quantum hardware
- Collaborate with AI researchers to develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks
- Publish breakthrough findings in leading scientific journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Analyze quantum error correction techniques for scalable quantum systems
- Develop interfaces between quantum processors and classical computing systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction methodologies
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
