Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Lead experiments on superconducting qubit systems at 15mK temperatures
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with DARPA and IBM on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Develop patent-pending quantum neural network architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Proficiency in tensor network simulations (QuTiP, ITensor)
- Strong background in algebraic topology for topological quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware calibration protocols
