Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published record in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing NSF/DOE grants or equivalent industry funding
