Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processor architectures
- Lead cutting-edge research in topological quantum computing and quantum machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with published breakthrough papers
