Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead experimental trials on quantum hardware systems including superconducting and trapped-ion platforms
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum computing solutions into machine learning frameworks
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong track record of solving complex computational problems
