Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum processors

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure research grants from agencies including NSF and DARPA

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
