Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants from government and private sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (e.g., IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Publication record in quantum information science or condensed matter physics
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical simulation tools
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
