Responsibilities
- Develop proprietary quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Simulate quantum algorithms on hybrid cloud-classical supercomputers
- Collaborate with hardware teams to engineer cryogenic control systems
- Translate quantum advantage into commercial applications (cryptography, logistics, drug discovery)
- Present findings at Davos, IEEE Quantum Week, and Nature conferences
- Patent novel quantum neural network architectures
- Lead cross-functional sprints with AI/ML and cybersecurity divisions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Published 10+ papers in Nature/Science/Physical Review X
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# quantum programming frameworks
- Expertise in topological qubit fabrication (superconducting/photonic)
- Track record securing government grants (NSF/DARPA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience with ML-quantum hybrid training pipelines (PyTorch/TensorFlow integration)
