Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and system optimization

- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for industrial and scientific applications
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure research funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of published research in quantum computing
- Experience with superconducting quantum processors or photonic systems
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and classical-quantum hybrid approaches
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government-funded projects
