Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography and AI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in simulating quantum systems using D-Wave and IBM platforms
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum-resistant communication systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature Physics/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with Qiskit or Cirq
