Responsibilities
- Develop quantum computing roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological milestones
- Design and implement error mitigation strategies for NISQ-era processors
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications
- Identify and prioritize quantum advantage opportunities across finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum architectures
- Create quantum risk assessment frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Present quantum strategy to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum systems architecture
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proven track record of translating quantum theory into commercial applications
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and optimization techniques
